Severn Trent - an example of making a difference:
In January 2012, a team of employees from Severn Trent Water volunteered a day of their time to help the Hive!
The team of 10 volunteers painted the centre's meeting room and video studio, giving both spaces a much needed make-over. One of the employees, also an artist, even produced a stunning piece of wall art which now adorns the meeting room.
This is just one example of how businesses can make a valuable difference to the Hive's work. In this instance, by arranging for staff to volunteer for the day and assist with practical tasks, which the Hive staff team rarely gets the opportunity to undertake!

Whilst the Hive is a registered charity ourselves, we still recognise that it is important for us to support local and independent businesses in Shropshire...
