Be a part of the exciting redesign of the Hive's courtyard garden and learn the skilled art of garden design! This unique day course led by local garden designers Mike Russell and Rachel Phillips will include activities such as a sensory survey of the Hive's garden - participants will explore ideas for small gardens, plus learn professional measuring and planting techniques.

Learn the essential design principals which may inspire you to look at your own garden with a fresh perspective!

Mike Russell is a Shropshire based Garden Designer who has been designing inspirational and imaginative spaces for private, community and corporate clients for over 24 years. His recent accolades include winning Gold at Shrewsbury Flower Show in 2011 for the Seaside Garden - and Best in Show and Gold for the Labyrinth Garden. Rachel recently won Silver Gilt for her Budding Scientist Garden at the RHS Malvern Show.

£35 per person for ages 16+ - Sunday 1st April, 10am until 3:30pm
