Making Payments:
We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards (not AMEX)PLEASE NOTE: There is a £1 booking fee which will be applied to payments that are made via card machine, both over the phone or in person.
Opening Hours at the Hive:
As a standard rule, the Hive Music and Media Centre is open Tuesday to Friday, between 9:00am and 5:30pm.During term-time, the Centre is open as standard on Saturday mornings, between 9:30am and 12:30pm.
However in addition, the Centre is open evenings and weekends, whenever there is an event taking place in the building.
PLEASE NOTE that the Centre is closed to the public on Monday.
If you are travelling a distance, please call the Centre in advance on 01743 234970 to ensure that we will be open upon your arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
The Hive understands that it is occasionally necessary for customers to cancel bookings.
We will do our best to resell tickets booked for workshops and performances, only once all other tickets have been sold. If we succcessfully resell the tickets, we will happily refund the full face value of the ticket minus a £1 per ticket charge to cover our administration costs.
If it is possible to move a booking to a different performance or workshop, we will do this at no charge to the customer. If a Hive performance or workshop is cancelled, we will give a full refund of the ticket price.
The Hive will not give refunds under any other circumstances and our policy is in line with similar organisations across the UK.
